1. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer any product exchange under any circumstances. Please ensure you check all product details and specifications before placing your order.
2. Return Policy
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- A clear, uncut unpacking video is provided as proof.
Without the unpacking video, return requests will not be entertained.
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Attach the uncut unpacking video showing the damaged product.
- Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method only.
